How do I reset my Sensor?

To reset the sensor, remove it from the wall bracket to access the reset button on the back of the device. Using a blunt object, gently press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds.

How do I reset my Gateway?

Press and hold the red reset button located next to the power cable connection on the back of the gateway for at least 10 seconds.

How do I archive a device?

In the desktop app, select the devices tab, select the device that you want to archive, at the bottom of the page, in the bottom left corner is a box icon, click this icon and your device will be archived.

How do I take the sensor off the wall bracket?

Insert a credit card or similar flat plastic card between the back of the sensor and the wall bracket. Gently slide the card to release the sensor from the bracket.

What does ‘unconfigured’ mean on my sensor display?

“Unconfigured” indicates that the sensor has not yet been connected to a gateway or has lost its connection and requires configuration.

What do the lights mean on my Gateway

The gateway status LEDs indicate the current operating state of the device, including power, connectivity, and communication status. Refer to the Gateway LED Status Guide for a full explanation of each indicator.

Is the power cable needed for the Gateway to work?

Yes. The gateway must remain connected to its power supply to operate and communicate with sensors.

Although, the Gateway does feature PoE.
